If your item is damaged please email info@knickerbocker.nyc with your order number and a picture. We will make sure you are taken care of immediately should this happen. If the product is compromised and not able to be fixed we leave it up to you to keep it or we will send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. In most cases and if the item is in stock it will be shipped within two days of receiving your case. If not we can issue a store credit or full refund including shipping.
If you receive the wrong item please email info@knickerbocker.nyc with your order number and a picture. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. Once the item is reviewed and restocked in our inventory the correct item will be shipped to you. Often times due to our mistake and you having to wait we will issue you a discount to be used off your next purchase.
All in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you order is placed after noon EST on a Friday it may not ship until Monday.
If you wish to change or cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible. This way we can ideally notify the warehouse in time and intercept before shipment. If the item ships we will try to contact the carrier to re-route the package. Should the order be cancelled in this scenario you will receive a refund minus the shipping fee(s). If you wish to change the order in this scenario we will cover shipping costs.

We currently ship to North America, South America, Australia & Europe. Should you wish to have your item shipped to a location elsewhere please get in touch at info@knickerbocker.nyc.

In certain cases your order may be passed off from a carrier to your local postal service.
In this event we are unable to locate tracking for you.

Should this be the case for your order please allow 48 hours for the item to be delivered.
If not delivered within 48 hours please notify us as we will replace the item free of charge and take care of the claim internally.
Please note that while we will replace a lost order,
we do not offer refunds on lost shipments that couriers list as "delivered" and
only offer replacement shipments for the same order or credit towards a future order.
